St. James Parish Council
The Parish Council serves as an advisory board to the pastor in various administrative
areas of the parish. Their mission is to commit their time and talents for the development
of the spiritual, educational, and social needs for a vibrant Parish community.
They also present parishioners’ new ideas and/or concerns to the pastor.
Parish Council members can be identified by the green name tags they wear. Please
feel free to introduce yourself to our council members. They welcome your questions,
concerns, and ideas about our Parish community here at St. James the Apostle.
Barry Richardson
Barry has been a member of St. James for 3 years. He is also a 3rd degree Knight of Columbus.
Barry attends the Sunday 10 am Mass.

Ginny Fuller
Ginny has been a member of St. James for 28 years. She is also an Extraordinary
Minister of the Eucharist.
Ginny attends the Sunday 12 pm Mass.

Tim Mitchell - Vice Chairperson
Tim has been a member of St. James for 8 years. He also serves as a Catechist on
Sunday mornings.
Tim attends the Sunday 10 am Mass.

Rich Lunsford - Secretary
Rich has been a member of St. James for 15 years. He serves as a lector, nursery
volunteer and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Rich attends the Sunday 8 am or 5 pm Mass.

She attends the Sunday 5 pm Life Teen Mass.
